We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement mid- to long-term marketing strategies for targeted market segments.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to define product and customer portfolios in line with the marketing plan.
  • Manage and monitor the annual marketing budget in coordination with the sales department.
  • Create and execute compelling content showcasing our company, products, and achievements.
  • Manage and grow Hype Software Studio's business social media accounts, including LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Design and implement lead generation campaigns to attract potential clients.
  • Organize and participate in industry trade shows and events.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a robust reporting system for all marketing activities.
  • Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify new marketing opportunities and propose innovative ideas for promotion.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Tailor marketing approaches for different regional markets, with a focus on Africa, Asia, and Latin America.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the software development industry.
  • Solid foundation in B2B marketing principles and strategies, with a proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans.
  • Hands-on experience with lead generation and nurturing strategies in a B2B context.
  • Experience in creating and implementing go-to-market strategies for company and product launches.
  • Proficiency in managing business-focused social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience handling multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
  • Data-driven approach to marketing with proficiency in analytics tools.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating compelling B2B content and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Strategic thinking ability, aligning marketing efforts with overall business goals and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with the software development industry, understanding its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Proactive mindset with a talent for identifying and pursuing new opportunities for promotion and partnerships.

As a Head of Marketing your main goal will be to help the company grow and build a new unicorn company from London as well as launch new markets.


What you`ll be responsible for:

  • Owning marketing function in a company;
  • Identifying and implementing an end-to-end marketing strategy across all channels (Performance, PR, Direct, Influence, and Social Media Marketing);
  • Using a data-driven approach in finding, testing, and launching new marketing channels;
  • Scaling marketing activities through different geos. Ukraine and Poland right now, Latin America this year, and worldwide in the nearest future;
  • Managing marketing budget;
  • Leading, managing, and hiring marketing team as well as maintaining team OKRs and driving the team to achieve ambitious goals.


What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in managing marketing teams in B2B product companies (ERP experience is a huge bonus);
  • Expertise in global marketing;
  • Proven experience in scaling a company and bringing it to new markets;
  • The ability to build processes and test ideas at a rapid pace;
  • Great analytical skills and data-driven approach;
  • Hands-on experience in user acquisition and performance marketing;
  • English at least Upper-Intermediate;
  • Getting things done attitude.
